After arriving home I discovered that the tarpaulin covered area of the roof has increased, and so has the sawdust in my kitchen and Dining room. From this I can assume that yet more work has been done on the roof.
It's 5.30pm and the electrician is still here. Apparently he has to do all of the electrical work so that tomorrow the builders can put the floor down upstairs. The electricians have been here since mid-day and they said that it was quite hot up in the roof. According to them the beams have all been put into place in readiness for the flooring tomorrow.
It was another hot day today at 24degrees. The poor builders. Looking at the weather forecast for the weekend, it is supposed to rain so hopefully the tarps will work!
